Alejandro Loza is all about people. In his first year with Trail, Alejandro has already made a meaningful impact—not just through the quality of his work, but through the relationships he builds every day.
Born in California and raised in Georgia, Alejandro carries a blend of West Coast roots and Southern heart. He thrives in environments where he can be himself and connect with others, and Trail gives him the perfect opportunity to do just that.
When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find Alejandro fishing, cheering on the Braves or the Georgia Bulldogs, or just soaking in the little moments—like sitting back and watching his kids play. A proud husband, father, and son, family is everything to Alejandro. It’s his anchor, his fuel, and the reason he gives his best every single day.

Born in Dahlonega and raised in Cumming, GA, Tim brings a strong local connection and a wealth of hands-on experience to the Trail Hand Wash team. With a professional background that spans multiple industries—including over 15 years as an automotive mechanic and nearly 7 years in construction—Tim knows the value of hard work, precision, and taking pride in every detail.
In 2023, Tim joined Trail Hand Wash as the On-Site Operator and Partner at our Peachtree Corners location. From day one, he’s been all-in—focused on building relationships with clients, leading a strong team, and delivering a top-tier car wash experience that keeps people coming back.
Tim thrives on connection and quality. Whether he’s greeting customers or fine-tuning operations behind the scenes, he brings reliability, warmth, and a can-do attitude to everything he does.
Outside of work, you’ll find Tim enjoying the simpler things in life—fishing on Lake Lanier, catching a great show with his wife Kelly, or relaxing at home with their dog, Bella. His down-to-earth energy and deep care for people make him not just a great operator, but a cornerstone of the Trail family.
