That experience in building systems, scaling operations, and navigating high-growth environments now informs his approach to growing Namkeen. Today, he is focused on expanding the brand into a nationally recognized concept through franchising and operational excellence.

Rabeea Chaudhri, Head of Marketing at Namkeen, was born and raised in Jersey City, where a diverse food culture shaped her love for bold flavors and community. She left a career in corporate marketing to help grow Namkeen and now leads brand strategy, store launches, and franchise marketing as the company expands. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to a lively three-year-old, with another little one on the way—keeping life full and inspiring her to build something lasting.

My name is Usman Chaudhry. I come from a corporate background, but I always had a strong desire to build something of my own. That passion led me to take a leap and open a restaurant.
As a self-taught chef, I’ve always loved creating recipes and experimenting with bold flavors—blending cultures, spices, and techniques to craft something unique. For me, food is more than just cooking; it’s creativity, exploration, and bringing people together.
Outside of the kitchen, I enjoy playing and watching soccer, which fuels my competitive spirit and love for teamwork—values I bring into my business every day.

I work closely with our franchise partners to build strong foundations, implement effective systems, and ensure each location delivers the high-quality experience Namkeen is known for. In addition, I oversee all corporate store operations, ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment across every location.
With a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of hospitality, I focus on team development, consistency, and scalable growth. I am passionate about helping our partners succeed while preserving the culture, standards, and bold identity that define the Namkeen brand.
