Lori Ferguson’s journey is one defined by resilience, growth, and a deep passion for helping others. Born and raised in Middle Point, Ohio, Lori is proud of her small-town roots and strong family values—traits that have shaped her both personally and professionally. After years of working in the manufacturing industry, including roles at Aeroquip Corp. and Crown Lift Trucks, Lori’s life took a transformative turn due to a back injury that ultimately led her toward a new calling: massage therapy.
Alongside her sister, Lori enrolled at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Lima, Ohio, and began a new chapter filled with purpose. After graduating, she and her children moved to Michigan, where she started her massage career at Massage Envy in Rochester Hills. Her natural ability to connect with clients, coupled with a passion for healing, quickly set her apart. Lori became the lead therapist at the Troy location and eventually stepped into a leadership role, managing both the Troy and Birmingham clinics with care and integrity.
Today, Lori continues to mentor licensed massage therapists, guiding them with the same heart and commitment that have defined her own path. Whether she’s leading a team or working hands-on with clients, Lori is fueled by the joy of seeing people walk away feeling better than when they arrived.
A proud mother of two and grandmother of eight, Lori treasures time with her growing family. (Fun fact: she has a twin sister—and they were both born on their mother’s 24th birthday!) Her story is one of strength, compassion, and unwavering dedication to making a difference, one massage at a time.
