With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Ivan Nolasco has built a career grounded in hard work, discipline, and a passion for great service. From his early days as a dishwasher and prep cook at Cozumel’s in Alpharetta to leading high-performing teams as a general and bar manager, Ivan’s journey reflects a deep, authentic understanding of every layer of restaurant operations.
He sharpened his culinary foundation at California Pizza Kitchen as a main line cook, and later spent over a decade with The Cheesecake Factory, where he served as a corporate front-of-house trainer. There, he helped shape customer experience standards across multiple locations while developing future leaders through hands-on mentorship.
Ivan went on to serve as Assistant Manager at J. Christopher’s before stepping into a leadership role as General Manager at Jimmy’s Tequila and Carnes, where he led day-to-day operations for nearly seven years. Most recently, he brought his signature energy and attention to detail to his role as Bar Manager at Tacos y Tequilas.
Known for his strong leadership, calm under pressure, and commitment to team culture, Ivan is driven by a simple but powerful mission: to lead by example and deliver exceptional guest experiences—every shift, every plate, every time.
