Caren Vargas has been with Trail Hand Wash since day one—and her dedication, versatility, and heart have helped shape the brand from the ground up. Started as the Store Operator at our Roswell location, Caren wears many hats and wears them well. From launching marketing campaigns and managing social media, to installing POS systems and building operational tools like daily spreadsheets, she's been a key player in turning vision into reality.
She’s developed a sharp ability to manage a business, solve problems on the fly, and lead with both structure and care. Her approach is hands-on, proactive, and always team-focused.
Outside of work, Caren is a proud wife and a loving mom to two boys who are the center of her world.
