Caren Vargas has been with Trail Hand Wash since day one—and her dedication, versatility, and heart have helped shape the brand from the ground up. As the Store Operator at our Roswell location, Caren wears many hats and wears them well. From launching marketing campaigns and managing social media, to installing POS systems and building operational tools like daily spreadsheets, she's been a key player in turning vision into reality.
With a background in customer service dating back to 2014, Caren brings a deep understanding of people and process. She’s developed a sharp ability to manage a business, solve problems on the fly, and lead with both structure and care. Her approach is hands-on, proactive, and always team-focused.
Outside of work, Caren is a proud wife and a loving mom to two sweet boys who are the center of her world. A fluent Spanish speaker and creative at heart, she enjoys making macramé art, gardening to connect with nature, cooking delicious meals, and spending quality time with her family.
