With over 16 years of experience in the Massage Envy brand, Kerry has dedicated her career to supporting franchisees and location managers in achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and strategic problem-solving abilities, she has successfully navigated diverse challenges and fostered collaborative relationships across various levels of management. Kerry considers empathy to be her superpower, and she is a firm believer in servant leadership. Her goal is for all of those who work with her to feel supported and that they have the freedom to do what they do best in a caring and collaborative work environment. Kerry is passionate about empowering franchise partners with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Madelyn has been a dedicated Location Manager with Massage Envy for over 5 years, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. With a strong background in team leadership and business management, she has played a key role in driving growth and efficiency at various locations. Madelyn excels in problem-solving, staff development, and maintaining brand standards to deliver a top-tier experience. Passionate about operational excellence, she continues to contribute to the success of the franchise.

Massage Envy Grandville - General Manager

With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry—and seven years dedicated to the Massage Envy brand—Chelsea brings both heart and hustle to her role as Clinic Business Manager in Grandville, MI. A proud Grand Rapids native, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a deep passion for helping others thrive, both inside and outside the clinic.


Known for her infectious laugh and positive energy, Chelsea leads with a people-first mindset, creating an environment where both clients and staff feel seen, supported, and valued. Her leadership style blends professionalism with compassion, always striving to elevate the client experience while building a strong and connected team.


Outside of work, Chelsea’s world revolves around her growing family. A new mom, she cherishes time spent with her little one and finds creative joy through painting. Whether she’s mentoring her team, making someone laugh, or bringing her artistic side to life, Chelsea shows up fully—with care, commitment, and a whole lot of heart.

Massage Envy Valparaiso - General Manager

Hi, my name is Mineyvi (Miny). I was born and raised in the suburbs of West Chicago, IL, and I began my journey with Massage Envy in 2021 as a front desk associate. Through consistency, dependability, and a strong work ethic, I earned the trust of leadership and worked my way into management, something I’m incredibly proud of.


What I enjoy most about my role is being able to support both my team and the daily flow of the clinic. I take pride in creating a space where people feel valued and cared for. Having a positive attitude, staying organized and calm under pressure are strengths I bring to the table every day.


Outside of work I love spending time with my friends, family, and my (very spoiled) Chorkie, Princess. I enjoy discovering new food spots, attending concerts, and taking weekend getaways to recharge. My Mexican culture plays a big part in who I am, thanks to my parents, I’ve grown into a strong, independent Latina who’s fluent in both English and Spanish. One quote I live by is “Todo a su tiempo”, everything in its time. It’s a reminder that every step in life has purpose, and I welcome whatever comes next.

Hi, I’m Amy Bernal. I was born and raised in Costa Rica, but Chicago has been my home for the past eight years. I’m a professional photographer with 13 years of experience, a brand owner, and a proud mom.

I’ve spent the last five years at Massage Envy Lakeview, where I love connecting with guests on their wellness journeys. In my free time, I’m either designing new products, at the beach in Costa Rica, spending time with my son, or capturing life through my camera lens.

I live by the Pura Vida lifestyle—embracing life with gratitude, joy, and authenticity, wherever I go.

Massage Envy Glenn Ellyn - General Manager

Marisa’s journey with Massage Envy began in 2012 as a summer job—but what started as a short-term gig quickly grew into a thriving, fulfilling career. With over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the brand, she has worked her way through nearly every role in the clinic—from front desk to junior manager, assistant manager, and clinic manager, even taking on multi-unit leadership responsibilities. Her story is one of commitment, growth, and a true passion for the wellness industry.


Raised in the Chicago suburbs of Downers Grove and Naperville, Marisa is proud of her first-generation Greek-American roots. (Yes—My Big Fat Greek Wedding is basically her family documentary.) She’s also proud to be the first in her family to marry a non-Greek—her husband Dan, who also works with Massage Envy. Together they share a busy, joyful life with their two Schipperke pups, Arya and Nemo.


Marisa holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from the College of DuPage, and she’s never stopped learning since. Outside of work, she’s a movie buff with a special love for horror, comedy, and fantasy, a passionate food adventurer who’s always rating the latest dish, a seasoned traveler thanks to her mom’s 30+ years in the travel industry, and an avid reader always chasing her next great story.


Fueled by connection, curiosity, and a serious love for helping people feel their best, Marisa leads with both heart and humor—and her journey is still just getting started.

Massage Envy Pleasant Prairie - Clinic Operator

Jessica Rodriguez is a compassionate professional with a heart for service and a mindset for growth. Born in Oak Park, IL, Jessica’s journey has always been rooted in care—whether for clients, family, or the community around her. After graduating from Glenbard West High School, she pursued her passion for healing at the SOMA Institute in Chicago, earning her certification in massage therapy.


Beyond her professional training, Jessica brings something even more powerful to every space she enters: empathy, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose. She and her husband are proud rescue dog parents, and together they care for her sister, who has Williams Syndrome—a role that has shaped Jessica’s leadership with patience, perspective, and heart.


Jessica believes that family is the foundation of everything—spending every Sunday with loved ones, grounding herself in what matters most. Her ability to lead with both compassion and conviction makes her a steady presence in any environment, and her story continues to inspire those around her to lead with grace, gratitude, and grit.

Massage Envy Valparaiso - General Manager

Born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, Patricia has spent her career building meaningful connections, leading with purpose, and striving to make a difference in both business and life. With over a decade of experience in customer service and 8 years in management, she brings a sharp eye for leadership, an unwavering work ethic, and a deep sense of integrity to everything she does.


A natural motivator and people-first professional, Patricia is known for creating positive, productive environments where teams thrive and guests feel truly cared for. Her passion for helping others is reflected in both her work and her personal life—and it shows in every interaction.


Beyond her professional achievements, Patricia is a proud wife and devoted mom. She’s been married to her husband, Thomas, for 10 years. A military veteran and now a district operations manager at Ashley Furniture, Thomas shares her values of commitment and hard work. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life and have lived across Texas, Kentucky, and Indiana. They’re raising two energetic boys—Mason and Aiden—with a third child on the way, and their home is made complete by their two dogs, Pongo and Sammy.


In her downtime, Patricia loves family vacations, peaceful walks with the dogs, and the everyday moments that make life sweet. She takes pride in balancing career and family, and looks forward to every new chapter with gratitude and joy.

Allison Bolin

Massage Envy Johns Creek-Cumming Clinic Operator

Allison began her career with a deep passion for helping others—starting in a nursing home caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia in her hometown of Milford, Ohio. That early experience shaped her commitment to service, empathy, and personal connection—values she continues to bring into her work today.


After moving to Georgia, Allison felt called to explore the business side of wellness. She joined Massage Envy Johns Creek as a Sales Associate and quickly stood out for her dedication, adaptability, and leadership potential. In just two years, she rose to the role of General Manager, embracing every challenge as an opportunity to grow and inspire those around her.


Allison is known for creating a strong team culture, driving performance through clarity and accountability, and ensuring that every client experience reflects care and excellence. Her journey is a testament to her work ethic and her belief in the power of progress, both personal and professional.


Outside of work, Allison enjoys unwinding at Lake Lanier and catching up on her favorite shows. Whether on the job or off the clock, she leads with authenticity and a deep love for connecting with others.

With a strong foundation in hospitality and wellness management, Sarah brings both heart and expertise to her role as General Manager at Massage Envy. Known for her operational savvy and people-first approach, she leads with purpose—ensuring every guest experience is seamless, and every team member feels supported and empowered.


Sarah oversees everything from staff development to daily operations, blending structure with a calming presence that reflects the very essence of the spa environment. Her dedication to creating a space of relaxation and rejuvenation goes beyond customers—it extends to building a culture where employees thrive too.


Outside of work, Sarah is deeply connected to her community of family and friends. She’s also actively growing her career in aesthetics, driven by a genuine passion for the wellness industry and a desire to make others feel confident and cared for.

Sheree Tomasello is a dedicated leader with over ten years of experience in the wellness industry, including seven with the Massage Envy brand. Beginning as a licensed massage therapist, she has advanced into a strategic leadership role, known for transforming underperforming clinics into high-performing locations. Her focus on operational excellence, franchisee support, and customer experience consistently drives growth and lasting impact. 


Sheree’s leadership style is rooted in integrity, accountability, and a deep commitment to cultivating culture, talent, and growth within her teams. She brings a holistic and empathetic approach to leadership, fostering environments where innovation, collaboration, and personal development thrive. Passionate about coalition building and community engagement, Sheree is driven by a mission to connect people, share knowledge, and support the success of those around her. 

Leija abella

Massage Envy Diversey - Clinic Operator

Leija is a Chicago native who grew up in both the suburbs and the inner city. She has been with Massage Envy for four years, spending the last two in management at her clinic. Inspired by her mother, a massage therapist, Leija developed a passion for wellness and self-care early in life—an interest that naturally evolved into a desire to help others feel their best.

Deeply community-driven, Leija finds fulfillment in working close to home and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of both her clients and her team. She places a high value on client-employee relationships and specializes in creating detailed client profiles to support each individual’s wellness journey.

Known as a team player and a dependable problem solver, Leija is the go-to person in both her professional and personal circles. She has a broad curiosity and enjoys exploring topics like art, psychology, and sociology. In her free time, you can find her at local concerts, art shows, karaoke nights, or analyzing films with her husband and their two cats.

Hoffman Estates Clinic Operator & Area Sales Trainer

Katie Hogan is a dynamic, results-driven leader with over four years of experience managing multiple Massage Envy clinics. As a multi-clinic manager, she’s built a reputation for creating high-performing teams, delivering exceptional client experiences, and fostering work environments rooted in trust, engagement, and growth.


Katie specializes in talent acquisition, associate onboarding, and optimizing business operations—all while championing a culture where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. Her leadership style blends strategy with empathy, always grounded in her belief that strong teams build strong businesses.


Outside the clinic, Katie is a proud mother of two and lives life with energy and heart. She recharges through kickboxing, traveling, attending concerts (with Sister Hazel always at the top of the playlist), reading Archie comics, and spending quality time playing board games with her family.


Katie brings passion, clarity, and a deep sense of purpose to every role she steps into—whether she’s guiding a team or showing up as mom, mentor, or motivator.
